Rich’s friend has a delightful surprise for him. Bound and gagged in the trunk of his car are the two cops who harassed him last week. Now Rich gets to punish these bastards in the way he knows best. Rich suspends Officer John and forces him to witness Officer Randy’s humiliating punishment. Officer Randy is taken over the knees and spanked like a little boy. Now it's Officer John’s turn to pay his dues as he’s tied to a spanking bench and Officer Randy is ordered to stand in the corner behind him. Rich wastes no time in getting right down to business with this arrogant and cocky cop. He spanks Officer John with a heavy hand right from the start. Officer John’s smart mouth doesn’t help him any as Rich takes a painful wooden paddle to the officer’s now raw red ass. Although he tries to maintain his tough guy image, Officer John cannot suppress his screams of agony. Officer John continues to run his mouth, so Rich decides, what better way to handle a clean cut, arrogant bully than with a large wooden frat paddle. Rich goes to town on the officer’s ass, even swinging the large, heavy paddle two-handed. Rich then takes a wooden cane to the feet of the beaten officer, and delivers an agonizing foot whipping. Finally, he returns to the ass of the officer, giving him an intense caning. Officer John has now been broken, and in a final humiliating act, is ordered to count 25 lashes of the cane and thank rich for each one.
